• Duties and Responsibilities: Safely and properly perform one or more duties involved in meat and poultry processing. Knife/Scissors/Saws/Machinery involved with most processes. Production team members may be expected to work at a rapid pace with repetition in most positions. All personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required to perform tasks assigned. Duties will vary depending on department and Position.

  • Requirements:

  Must be 18 years of age or older with work authorization
  Able to communicate effectively
  Able to work in an efficient manner while handling several tasks concurrently
  Able to stand for entire work shift
  Able to work in cool/moist or warm/dusty environment regularly
  Hand/eye coordination beneficial
  Must be able to work at varying speeds, push, pull, bend, reach, lift (at minimum) where position requires
  Must be reliable and punctual; be willing to work over time when necessary
  No minimum education required
  Experience not necessary, training provided.
