- Client Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver tailored presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, address objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Strategy & Reporting: Analyze market trends, report on sales activity, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations, negotiations, and client communication.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, pipelines, and competing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Quotas.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Client retention and renewal rates.
- Conversion rate of leads to closed deals.
