General Information On Data We Collect As a Classifieds Website
Registered user information that we collect, as a classifieds website, currently includes classifieds account username, encrypted password, email address, IP address used when you first registered, most recent IP address for most recent logged in session, information collected when a payment was made to us for account verification or advertistment upgrade (through Paypal), date you registered for an account with us, any advertisements posted along with the information contained therein and date the ad was posted.
We also receive copies of email messages and email notifications when an ad is posted, an ad is responded to, an ad is shared with a friend, an account is registered and when an ad is edited. We review these email message to assist us with normal operation of the website as well as to scan for fraudulent activity. We delete these email messages promptly after review.
If you would like your account removed, along with all of the collected data referred to in the first paragraph above, please contact us at [email protected]
. Upon receipt of your request, your account will be deleted along with all data previously collected. Once removed, your data will be unrecoverable.

- Registered Member's username
- When Registered Member joined website
- Registered Member's listing location as it relates to the listing (city, state, zip code, country)
- Registered Member's phone number as it relates to the listing
- Price of listing item or service
- Website link related to listing
- Types of payment Registered Member accepts
- Number of views listing has had
- Listing description
- Listing video(s)
- Listing photo(s)
The above information is subject to change. Currently, only the listing title, listing description, country and state are required fields. Registered Member has the option of filling in only the
required fields and is solely responsible for which fields are filled in and displayed. Registered Member has the option of following this guide or choosing to not use the service.
Communications sent between users, members, buyers, sellers and other individuals using our email or communication services may be reviewed by us. We review communications sent through our system for
fraudulent or malicious intent.
6. Modifications and Interruption to Service
Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice to you. Company shall not be liable to you or any third party should Company exercise its right to modify or discontinue the

their failure to do so.
14. Other Terms
If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby
and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Agreement, any other agreements referenced herein, and any information you provided
