The combined effects of short stretch bandages with the efficiency of inelastic bandages and the safety of long-stretch bandages by inserting a long stretch bandage into an inelastic 100% cotton sheath and stretching the elastic component by 30%. The inelastic component can then effectively limit the stretchability of the elastic component.
