Prefer month-to-month arrangement. It was budgeted for $700 to $1000 monthly, with utilities included. However, might consider a short-term lease if there is an incentive, like a reduction in rent. Have some flexibility on move-in and move-out dates. Might also consider, for a MUTUALLY beneficial arrangement, a partial work-trade for a reduction in rent.
