Bluejacket’s Charles P Notman wooden model ship kit, known as #1, was the first major vessel built at the famed Percey & Small Shipyard (1894), Bath, Maine. An exceptionally handsome model, this kit is constructed with plank on laser cut multiple bulkheads, 41″ long. Our kit contains a great deal of etched brass, laser cut wood (labeled), detailed instructions and complete plans.
Designed by Dr. Al Ross, with technical input by Capt. Doug Lee, Schooner Heritage, Rockland, ME, her authenticity and attention to detail is assured. It is important to note that some pictured items may have been built with optional items not included as part of standard kits, such as pedestals, bases, cases, paint, etc. If there are any questions about the contents of a particular kit, please contact Bluejacket.
