14 acres, rural road accesss, planted with oak and chestnut trees.
Selling up, i don't need so much carbon-credit anyway.
A large part is flat and others parts slope south,east and West, from 5 to 15°

You can sell the carbon-credits because tree-planting started in 1990 and was completed 15 years ago.
