Original lithograph in black ink on wove paper by Pablo Picasso. Titled Le Peintre et son Modele (The Painter and his Model), the image shows a painter in the studio painting his model. Dated in the stone. This work was originally published in 1964 by Mourlot of Paris. Total edition size is 3,150. (There was an edition of 2,000 and an edition of 1,150.) The stone was polished out after printing, so no additional prints could be pulled. Reference, Mourlot, Picasso Lithographs, M400, p. 294. Framed size: 23-1/2 inches H x 19-1/2 inches W (59.7 cm x 49.5 cm). Framed in a modern elegant silver frame. Matted in black acid-free materials and covered with UV-resistant acrylic.
