Harmar Pinnacle Premium Stair Lift:

The Pinnacle is the true essence of an affordable and necessary luxury. At only 11 wide when folded and 170lbs installed (total weight of 16' of track, chassis and seat), it is the slimmest and lightest stair lift on the market. Although more compact, the Pinnacle boasts a 350lb capacity and features a wide, comfortable seat that swivels at the top landing to aid in safely getting on and off the lift. Safety sensors prevent the lift from running if the seat is not in the proper position or if something is blocking the stairway or track. Because of its patented drive system, the Pinnacle requires less energy to operate and can make up to 40 trips should the power go out

The Harmar Mobility warranty is the simplest in the industry, a 3-Year Fully Transferable Warranty. If the product changes hands, the remainder of the warranty transfers to the new owner. Shipping

Most of the items are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse with a 99.9 fill rate, and may be stocked in multiple warehouses throughout the United States.

Please have a valid residential or commercial shipping address when ordering. For heavier items that require freight shipping, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO-FPO addresses due to shipper restrictions.

*We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect addresses at the time of your order, so please double check and make sure you input the correct address.

Military address: We can ship smaller items up to 50 lbs. to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items that they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com. We ship all items in the order as they are received. You will be informed if your item is on backorder, and we will notify you as soon as your item ships out. If the delay is longer than 2 weeks, you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you prefer not to wait. You will be notified of the estimated wait time up front. Most items that are on backorder are back in stock within 3-5 business days. Most cases, we will kindly pay the extra shipping charges to expedite your order for you.

Returns

NOTE: All sales on Hospital Beds, Mattresses, Bath Safety Items are final due to hygiene/sanitary reasons (unless damaged or unopened) thank you.

If you are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you notice a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any items. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items. Any items being returned, must be in their original box in the same condition (brand new) as they were upon being shipped out.

Buyer "may be" responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items, and may be charged a 10-15 restock fee on specific items that are returned. Most restock fees pertain to heavier items such as: wheelchairs, scooters, hospital beds, patient lifts, patient lift chairs, stair lifts, and heavier items weighing over 75-100 lbs.
