NATURAL MARTIAL ARTS AND LONGEVITY SYSTEMS are based on key aspects of Chinese philosophy, self-defense, history, and medicine.
The Training methods are simple to learn and consistently build skill, strength, and health.
Their goal is to allow a person to move harmoniously with natural energy (both internal and external).
Natural body motions are refined so that all of the body's circulations move smoothly and self-defense reactions are possible without the use of aggression.
A key element is overcoming the biological urge to struggle when faced with resistance.
Instead, NATURAL CHINESE MARTIAL ARTS and LONGEVITY TRAINING helps develop the ability to react spontaneously in the moment with appropriate actions.
This training has been referred as following the TAO.
Master Lin has followed many Great Grand Masters and has served as assistant instructor to many of them.
Some of the martial arts systems Master Lin has studied include: Sun-Ping, Tung-Pei, Shao-Lin, Chang-Chuan, Cha-Chuan, Pa-Chi, Jou-Chuan, Hsing-l, Pa Kua, Tai-Chi, Shuai-Chiao Chin-Na, and Kuai-Chiao.
In addition, he holds advanced ranks or instructor status in other martial arts systems such as Aikido, Jujutze, Judo, and Karate.
Master Lin came to New York City, and he has been teaching in the Manhattan area ever since.

Every Monday at 6:00-7:00PM Master Lin holds Free Introduction and Q&A session.
Each Class is 3 hours. The school is open six days a week.
